It won't be long now before we leave and Edsel sure looks like he is all packed and ready to go. We, Doug & Nan, on the other hand still have a few more things to pack in our bags. As for the Model A, it's been weighted down with extra tools and spare parts and everything that can be checked has been. Next up is trying to stuff everything into the Sedan, that should be fun.
With the help of grandson Blake (1 year old) Papa (Doug) had all the help needed to make sure the tires were inflated to their proper level.
Our next post will be after we get on the road and with blessings of the "Model A Gods" we will make it to Vancouver and back.
Wishing all a very safe, trouble-free trip with lots of great memories. I'm looking forward to reading your blog as you make your journey to Vancouver and back. Best wishes, Wayne
ReplyDeleteGuess it's "wheels up" early tomorow morning for you. I'm sure "confidence is high" and after all of the planning you're looking forward to getting on the road.
ReplyDeleteI'm interested in seeing how you do keeping up with the blog. It's a difficult thing to keep current after a long day on the road but I know you can do it.
Wishing you a safe journey.
All the planning and prep work is finished and it's time for the rubber to hit the road.
ReplyDeleteAt times, I am sure you thought that launch day would never arrive.
Have fun traveling, we'll have fun watching.
Bill Miles
I wish I was going with you...but someone has to hold down the fort while you are gone!

See you in 6 weeks!!! :)
